My name is Claudia, I’m based in Sardinia, and I’ve worked in hospitality since I was 17. I built my experience step by step—starting in small local restaurants with international menus, continuing in traditional trattorias where I learned regional cooking (both Sardinian and Tuscan), and eventually working in a Michelin-starred gourmet kitchen.

I’m always looking for new ideas and intense, meaningful experiences, and I put that curiosity into every menu I design—balancing comfort, tradition, and a refined touch.

Cooking is my passion and my creative outlet—my way to express who I am.

I cook with creativity, technique, and respect for what’s on the plate.

I first learned to cook in my family when I was little, then I deepened my training in culinary school and through years of hands-on work across very different restaurants, from simple trattorias to Michelin-starred fine dining.
